Atlanta Leg of the 2026 Ride

Mobile Showers Atlanta was honored to support the 2026 Riders for Race Amity Freedom Ride and wishes the participants continued success as they complete this important journey.

From June 12–28, 2026, youth riders traveled the historic Freedom Riders route from Washington, D.C., to Jackson, Mississippi, honoring the legacy of the 1961 Freedom Riders while promoting unity, friendship, service, and meaningful dialogue across communities. As the ride passed through Atlanta, participants and supporters came together to strengthen relationships, foster understanding, and celebrate the power of connection in building a more united future.
